The staff were very kind and always looking for ways to help me during my stay. My room also had a nice little kitchen and plenty of space. I definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area for several days.

The toilet didn't work they didn't do my wake up call and I had a shuttle lined up for 5:45 and they didn't have a shuttle ready till 6am. The service from the evening front desk people were amazing. The next morning service seemed very stress and overwhelmed and there was just 3 people. Over all it was beautiful room and elegant hotel.

I come here every now and then for work, and staff is always friendly. This most recent time, I asked Terra and Kenzie for recommendations on where to go and they gave solid recommendations! I wasn't able to do the hikes or go to a few of their other recommendations, but looking forward to it the next time around!

The staff was great! I had a late night check in due to a flight delay and they were very accommodating. The next morning I realized I had made a booking mistake and the staff did everything they could to try and help. I really appreciated their effort. The Hotel was clean and simple. It had everything I needed, including a relativity secured parking overnight. Overall good Hotel, with a great staff as a big plus.

I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle, would definitely stay here again as an airport stand-by. The room was clean and comfortable. It was much quieter than I expected it to be with jets flying over, I barely noticed. The staff was helpful and very kind!

These are one of those reviews I wish we could do like 4 7/8ths it’s so close to being a five the hotel is very nice the rooms are great. The room included a basic whole closet full size fridge two burner stove microwave dishwasher. All the basic dishes are included and the best art the have several cooking appliances available to rent. The fitness center is open 24 hours and to do laundry it is free excluding detergent and fabric softener which you need to supply. The staff is incredibly nice each employee has been extremely friendly and very helpful with what ever has happened. Now the location is the only down fall it is just right off airport way. However it is close to a little shopping mall cascade station. Last thing I want to point out the security guard at night time is constantly walking the entire parking lot over and over. He puts my fear of vandalism or car prowling all to rest.

Great Location for traveling too and from the airport. The rooms smell really nice and are clean. Check in was quick and painless. Kenzie was kind, courteous and very informative. Great asset to the company.

What impressed me most was her balance of professionalism and kindness—she was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, yet also took the time to make us feel like valued guests rather than just another check-in. Every interaction with her was uplifting, and it’s clear she takes pride in representing the hotel at the highest standard. She is not only the face of the hotel but truly its heart. Because of her, our experience was elevated from a simple stay to something memorable. The hotel is lucky to have her, and I hope her outstanding work is recognized.
